Creative brief
Founded in 1837, C.D. Peacock is one of the largest luxury watch and jewelry retailers in the United States. More than a boutique, its Chicago flagship is a curated ecosystem of luxury maisons including Rolex, Tudor, and Chanel, Cartier, Omega.
IRCAM Amplify designed a series of immersive sound experiences across the store, both for C.D. Peacock itself and for the dedicated shop-in-shop spaces inside the flagship.
Each experience was crafted to reinforce perception, capture attention, increase dwell time, and spark conversation. From a deep-sea inspired sonic immersion for Tudor, to a refined Parisian-inspired atmosphere for Chanel, sound became part of the customer journey.
For C.D. Peacock, the objective was to express the heritage and singularity of an almost 200-year-old institution, while supporting the experiential dimension of a flagship designed to host exceptional luxury events.
Sound is part of the experience architecture.
